Chef Sam Stafford has worked at many well respected restaurants including the Criterion (Marco Pierre White) and the Cantina de la Ponte (Conran) and draws his influences from the likes of Nico Ladenis, Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White to create his own unique style of cooking.
Sam first learnt to cook when on the road with his heavy metal band. He eventually gave up his heavy metal career to pursue his passion for food. He has developed his own unique style of cooking that takes the pretension out of fine dining and his first book, 'A Romantic Meal for Two', helps average cooks excel in the kitchen and impress the pants off their partner!
For the past 3 years Sam has been working as head chef at the well raved about Emile's in south west London. In order to pursue his passion for creating Japanese fusion food, Sam can now be found working as a chef at the new Nobu in Berkeley square, London.
